Nội dung: Payton Preslee joins a yoga class to work on her flexibility when her instructor suddenly has to leave mid-session. A substitute steps in to finish the class, but things quickly take a completely different direction. The new teacher makes full use of Payton Preslee’s impressive flexibility to guide her through positions that definitely do not appear in any standard yoga lesson plan.
